Went to Amada for a special occasion and it was outstanding. Started with the 'Tie me up Tie me down' cocktail and then had the Chef's Tasting Menu. This is the best way to experience this vast menu and it won't disappoint. The tasting consisted of three courses with 3-4 tapas for each course and then a dessert course.
